Join Renée Drellishak, a certified Level II dancer in the Suhaila Salimpour Format, for Sunday morning belly dance classes!
What: Classes will cover Level I of Suhaila’s revolutionary belly dance format and will include conditioning, technique breakdowns, and drills. Each class will end with finger cymbal drills. Classes will rotate through a ten session cycle, focusing on a new movement category each week. Options will be provided for dancers who are moving toward or currently working on Level II.
When: Sunday mornings 10-11:30 am, beginning February 19.

What to bring: a towel, a water bottle, and finger cymbals. A light hip scarf is optional (no beads or coins) as is a yoga/exercise mat. Dress to sweat. No skirts!
Cost: Classes are on a drop-in basis and cost $15.

Renée Drellishak is a Level II certified dancer in Suhaila Salimpour’s format. She has been studying belly dance since 1994, and has been a student of Suhaila’s since 2001. Renée is Co-director of inFusion Tribal Belly Dance.
